Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. In case of negligence of these terms and conditions, your deposit will be forfeit and your appointment will be cancelled.

1.0 SERVICE

1.1 Miss Freya offers custom drawn tattoos

2.0 DESIGN

2.1 Every design will be tattooed only once, unless the artist specified differently on the design.
2.2 In case of a custom design, the client will see it on the day of their actual appointment. It is not possible to show it any time earlier.
2.3 Miss Freya will not copy designs and tattoos made my other tattoo artists for their clients.

3.0 PRICE & PAYMENT

3.1 Prices are non negotiable.
3.2 A deposit in advance will be required for every booking (quod vide 4.0)
3.3 The remaining payment is to be paid in cash on appointment, unless the artist and the client have come to a different agreement.

4.0 DEPOSIT

4.1 Deposits are mandatory and required for every booking.
4.2 Deposits are non refundable.
4.3 In case of rescheduling, deposits can be transferred to your next booking when done more than 48h before the appointment.
4.4 In case of rescheduling within 48h before the appointment, your deposit will be forfeit and a new deposit will be needed for a new appointment.
4.5 The deposit can only be transferred to a new booking once. If the appointment gets rescheduled again, the deposit will be forfeit and a new deposit is needed for a booking.
4.6 Deposits are not transferrable to other people.

5.0 RUNNING LATE

5.1 If you are running late, contact Miss Freya before the start time of the appointment.
5.2 If you are running late without notice or contact Miss Freya too late, she will wait a maximum of 30 minutes. If you are not at the Studio 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment-time, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeit.

6.0 TOUCH-UPS

6.1 If taken proper care of the fresh tattoo, every client has the right to a free touchup, if needed.
6.2 In case of negligence of aftercare, the client will loose the right to a free touchup 6.3 You will have to notify Miss Freya that you need a touch up within 6 months after your last appointment for the tattoo. If you don’t notify Miss Freya within this time frame, the touch up will not be for free anymore.
